Job summary

Vannevar is seeking a forward deployed Mission Lead based in Tampa to work closely with government users. In this role, you will embed on a military base, understanding and solving mission-related problems through Vannevar’s AI products.

You will need to have an active TS/SCI clearance and be comfortable operating independently in a high-stakes environment. This role offers opportunities to make a significant impact by creating value for users on site.

Qualifications

• Must be based in Tampa or willing to relocate.
• Ability to operate independently and make decisions on site.
• Experience in operational environments and building trust with users.

Responsibilities

• Embed with users on site daily and build deep intuition for their mission.
• Earn credibility by solving user problems over time.
• Break complex mission problems into specific tested workflows.
• Configure high-value workflows for users.
• Debug product issues on deployed systems and work with engineering.
• Generate evidence of impact from successful onboarding of users.
• Build relationships with additional user teams on site.
• Represent Vannevar in high-stakes environments.
