Job summary

Accenture Security in Houston seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer for the Agentic Identity Platform. This hands-on role requires deep system understanding and coding across services such as authorization engines, credential brokers, and authentication layers.

Qualifications

• 3 years of professional experience building and shipping production software.
• Hands-on technical work within the last 18 months, counting prod development or prototyping.
• 2+ years of professional development in at least one of Python, Go, Rust, TypeScript, Java, or C++.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship production services in the agentic identity stack: authorization engines, registries, credential brokers, and authentication layers.
• Own a component end to end: design, implementation, deployment, and 3am failure handling.
• Prototype against emerging standards and vendor betas, often before documentation exists.
• Build internal tooling and reference implementations reused by the practice.
• Explain design to client engineers and defend against pushback.
