Job summary

Creative Chaos is seeking a full-stack engineer to join a forward-deployed team delivering an enterprise AI product. You will connect client data systems, build data pipelines, and tailor the platform for each client’s needs.

The role involves working on-site with clients, shipping quickly, and collaborating with product leads and consultants. You will tackle unfamiliar systems, write robust SQL, extend frontend/backend, and help configure client workflows using agent tooling.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-stack engineering experience with React and Node.js in production.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and Redux.
• Strong SQL skills and hands-on data integration experience (ETL/ELT, APIs, data warehouses).
• Experience building with LLMs or agent frameworks, including prompting, tool use, and evaluation.
• Experience working directly with customers or end users, with the ability to explain technical tradeoffs to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Integrate client data sources, including warehouses, ERP, CRM, operational systems, and APIs, into the product.
• Write and tune SQL queries and data pipelines that turn raw client data into reliable metrics.
• Extend the product’s frontend and backend to meet client-specific needs.
• Use the product’s agent and SDK tooling to configure and extend client workflows.
• Debug data quality issues on site with client IT teams and data owners.
• Collaborate closely with the product manager and consultants to deliver client customizations.
• Join unfamiliar codebases and ship within the first week.
