Job summary

Second Front Systems is seeking an ambitious Forward Deployed Implementation Engineer to join our mission-driven team. You will own the technical aspects of direct customer deployments and become the trusted SME for the Federal division.

You will onboard customers’ apps into GameWarden, configure cloud deployments, and work with on-prem hardware to ensure secure OS and Kubernetes environments. A TS/SCI eligible clearance and US citizenship are preferred.

Qualifications

• Active DoD TS/SCI eligible clearance or higher; U.S. citizenship required.
• Mid- to senior-level technical experience in deployment/solutions roles for federal customers.
• Hands-on with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and DevSecOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Own technical aspects of direct customer deployment implementations.
• Develop deep product knowledge and act as SME for the Federal team.
• Identify process improvements and align roadmaps with customer demand signals.
• Onboard customers’ apps into game security scanning and deployment configurations.
• Configure and perform deployments in cloud and on-premises environments.
• Install and prepare devices with secure OS and Kubernetes.
