You will partner with Product, Research, Sales, and GTM, manage high-stakes deployments, and scale the delivery model with clarity, speed, and technical excellence across frontend and backend codebases (Javascript or Python).

Qualifications

• 8+ years of engineering or technical delivery experience.
• 2+ years managing high-performing FDE or customer-facing engineers.
