Job summary

RELEX Solutions is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to join our Pricing & Promotions team. You will write production code that runs in live customer environments, own data pipeline deployments end to end, and be the technical face of RELEX Pricing & Promotions to US retailers.

The role blends data/platform/SDK engineering with close collaboration to customers, shaping integrations that are as seamless as possible.

Qualifications

• Proven design and build of scalable data pipelines in production.
• Strong data modeling, observability, and hypothesis-driven development.
• Experience building integrations for downstream or customer-facing systems.
• Cloud platforms and modern data stacks knowledge.
• Translate technical work into measurable business impact.

Responsibilities

• Own data pipeline deployments end to end.
• Design and ship production-grade data pipelines and integrations.
• Engage across the customer organization from C-suite to staff.
• Lead requirements gathering, workshop, and validation with customers.
• Ensure KPI delivery, performance, and SLA achievement.
