Job summary

TekCommands Inc. is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer Lead/Architect in Minneapolis to design and deploy AI-enabled enterprise applications. This role combines senior software development with customer-facing leadership, working across full-stack technologies and modern AI tools.

You will lead architecture and delivery across teams, ensure robust integrations with AI platforms, and mentor engineers while engaging with clients to translate needs into scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of software engineering experience.
• Strong experience with APIs, microservices, cloud-native architecture, and DevOps/CI-CD
• Experience with Azure, Azure OpenAI, AI Foundry, LLM integrations, and AI-assisted development tools
• Knowledge of AI agents, agentic workflows, LangGraph, LangChain, or similar frameworks
• Proven leadership experience managing engineering teams or delivery pods
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and consulting skills

Responsibilities

• Lead forward deployed engineering initiatives to build and deploy AI-enabled enterprise applications.
• Architect and guide end-to-end implementation across the tech stack and delivery pods.
• Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to define requirements and ensure successful deployments.

Required Skills

• 8–10 years of software engineering experience
