Wipro is seeking an experienced architect-level professional to lead AI-enabled software delivery across enterprise projects. You will collaborate with product, architecture, engineering, QA, and UX teams to operationalize AI-driven design and development, establishing standards and reusable assets while promoting best practices in AI quality and human-in-the-loop controls.

The role emphasizes coaching, cross-functional collaboration, and ongoing knowledge capture to drive reusable patterns

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of software engineering, architecture, QA, DevOps, or platform engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience delivering cloud-native and enterprise applications.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools and modern software engineering practices.

Responsabilités

• Support brownfield semantic modeling and legacy system knowledge extraction.
• Introduce AI engineering toolchains, evaluation pipelines, and MLOps/LLMOps practices.
• Capture delivery learnings and convert them into reusable best practices.

• Preferred: Experience in AI platform engineering and MLOps/LLMOps
• Preferred: Financial Services domain experience

Technical & Soft Skills

• Prompt engineering and context engineering
• Python, Java, JavaScript, or modern cloud development stack
• DevOps, CI/CD, GitHub, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Replit, etc.

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $125,000 to $277,000 .

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
