People Culture Talent (PCT) partners with venture-backed tech companies to place Forward Deployed Engineers who bridge sophisticated technology and real-world customer problems. You will work directly with customers to understand requirements, design and deploy solutions, and help turn complex challenges into scalable technical implementations.

This role emphasizes customer-facing work, cross‑functional collaboration, and clarity under ambiguity.

• Strong software engineering foundation with production systems experience.
• Ability to quickly understand unfamiliar systems and codebases.
• Excellent problem-solving skills in ambiguous environments.
• Clear communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Customer-oriented mindset with engineering judgment.
• Comfort switching between coding, architecture, debugging, and customer conversations.
