Qualifications

• 3+–7+ years of software engineering experience.

What You’ll Do

• Work directly with customers to understand technical and business requirements.
• Build and deploy production-ready software and AI solutions.
• Integrate APIs, databases, cloud services, and third-party systems.
• Prototype quickly and turn successful prototypes into scalable solutions.
• Troubleshoot technical issues in customer environments.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–7+ years of software engineering or related technical experience.
• Experience building and deploying production applications.
• Strong understanding of APIs, databases, cloud platforms, and distributed systems.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
• Ability to travel occasionally if required.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI/ML, LLMs, RAG, or Generative AI.
• Experience with LangChain, vector databases, or AI agents.
• Startup or consulting experience.
• Experience working directly with enterprise customers.

Compensation

• $130,000–$190,000+ annually, depending on experience, location, and technical expertise.
