Rnb Consultancy is hiring 2 forward deployed engineers to join a small, fast-growing San Francisco team. You will embed with enterprise customers, automate workflows, and run deployments while shaping a shared platform. Expect client-facing duties and opportunities to upsell across engagements.

The role requires at least 1 year of experience, work in SF office hours (9-9-6), and visa options are limited. Compensation ranges from $175k to $350k base, plus commission and equity.

Qualifications

• Experience writing production code for real-world systems.
• Comfortable leading customer calls and engagements.
• Able to work independently and drive projects when busy.

Responsibilities

• Embed with enterprise customers alongside CAD engineers.
• Build automation and evaluations that prove it works on real data.
• Handle deployment and rollout, feeding lessons back into a shared platform.
• Manage customer calls solo and explore upsell opportunities across projects.
