Job summary

Brainbase is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to manage customer deployments of Brainbase Embed from post-sales through deployment and ongoing work. This on-site San Francisco position focuses on guiding high-value accounts and securing scalable agent platform deployments.

You will collaborate with clients to implement Brainbase’s agent platform securely, enabling successful multi-account deployments and ongoing optimization across environments.

Qualifications

• Experience deploying Brainbase Embed deployments.
• Strong ability to guide customers from post-sales to deployment.
• Familiarity with observability, authentication and sandboxed environments.
