Job summary

Mem0 in San Francisco, CA is hiring a hands-on engineer to sit at the intersection of engineering and customers. You'll embed with strategic accounts, integrating Mem0's memory APIs into AI agents and products, delivering production-ready solutions from day one.

This high-ownership role reports to the CTO and offers rapid iteration, direct impact on customers, and collaboration with Sales, Engineering, and Research.

Qualifications

• 4+ years shipping production software.
• Strong Python fundamentals across APIs, data pipelines, and some frontend.
• Direct experience working with external customers in a technical capacity.

Responsibilities

• Embed with customers post-sale to design, build, and ship integrations of Mem0's memory APIs into AI agents and products.
• Rapidly prototype and productionize custom solutions for high-value customers.
• Own the technical relationship with strategic accounts and troubleshoot production issues.
• Translate field learnings into roadmap input for Engineering and Research.
• Build reusable tooling, sample apps, and reference implementations.
