Job summary

Coforge is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer / AI Architect to work directly with enterprise customers, solving complex challenges through Generative AI, Agentic AI, Data, and Cloud solutions.

You will lead discovery, architecture reviews, and executive presentations while building production-grade AI solutions and accelerators. Strong senior-level consulting, technical leadership, and cloud expertise are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS/Engineering/AI or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Software/Data/AI Engineering or Solution Architecture.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale AI, cloud, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong consulting, stakeholder management, and customer-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-impact AI opportunities with business stakeholders.
• Lead discovery workshops, solution design sessions, architecture reviews, and exec presentations.
• Advise on AI strategy, architecture, roadmap, and adoption.
• Build and deploy AI-powered solutions with customers.
• Develop POCs, MVPs, accelerators, and production-grade apps.
• Bridge gaps between business teams, data scientists, and engineering.
• Drive solution adoption and measurable business outcomes.
• Design scalable GenAI, Agentic AI, ML, and data solutions.
• Build AI copilots, intelligent assistants, AI agents, and RAG apps.
• Define architectures for data pipelines, model orchestration, security, governance, observability.
• Establish Responsible AI and governance best practices.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership; drive DevOps/MLOps/LLMOps; mentor teams.

• Senior Forward Deployed Engineer / AI Architect to work directly with enterprise customers, helping them solve complex business challenges through Generative AI, Agentic AI, Data, and Cloud solutions. This role combines customer engagement, AI architecture, and hands‑on engineering, making it ideal for someone who can translate business problems into scalable, production‑ready AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to identify high‑impact AI opportunities.
• Lead discovery workshops, solution design sessions, architecture reviews, and executive presentations.
• Act as a trusted advisor on AI strategy, architecture, roadmap, and adoption.
• Work closely with customers to rapidly build and deploy AI‑powered solutions.
• Develop POCs, MVPs, accelerators, and production‑grade applications.
• Bridge the gap between business teams, product owners, data scientists, and engineering teams.
• Drive solution adoption and ensure measurable business outcomes.
• Design and implement enterprise‑scale GenAI, Agentic AI, Machine Learning, and Data solutions.
• Build AI copilots, intelligent assistants, AI agents, and RAG‑based applications.
• Define scalable architectures covering data pipelines, model orchestration, security, governance, and observability.
• Establish Responsible AI and AI governance best practices.

Engineering Leadership

• Provide hands‑on technical leadership throughout solution delivery.
• Drive DevOps, MLOps, and LLMOps practices for enterprise deployments.
• Mentor engineering teams and promote AI engineering best practices.
• Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, resilient, and production‑ready.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, Data Science, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Data Engineering, AI Engineering, or Solution Architecture.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise‑scale AI, cloud, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong consulting, stakeholder management, and customer‑facing experience.
