The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Java and/or Python application development, experience building enterprise-grade platforms, and the ability to work directly with clients to translate business challenges into scalable technology solutions.

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will embed with client teams, lead technical discovery, design and develop innovative solutions, integrate complex enterprise systems, and drive successful production deployments. You will serve as a trusted technical advisor while remaining hands-on with coding, architecture, and problem resolution.

Mandatory Qualifications

• 10+ years of software development experience
• Strong hands‑on development experience in Java and/or Python (mandatory)
• Proven experience designing and developing enterprise applications, APIs, and distributed systems
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders and clients

• Develop reusable frameworks and accelerators that improve delivery efficiency.
• Perform code reviews and enforce engineering best practices.
