Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to work directly with customers to design, develop, and deploy scalable technology solutions that address complex business challenges. The ideal candidate will combine strong software engineering expertise with customer-facing consulting skills and the ability to work across the full technology stack, cloud platforms, and data ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner closely with client stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end applications and platform solutions.
• Work across application layers, including frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and integration services.
• Develop and optimize cloud-native solutions using AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Build, automate, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues in customer environments and provide effective resolutions.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, architecture, and DevOps teams to accelerate solution delivery.
• Drive customer adoption and ensure successful implementation of technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, solution recommendations, and best practices to customers and internal teams.
• Support proof-of-concepts (POCs), system integrations, and platform modernization initiatives.

Required Qualifications

Software Engineering

• Strong experience in one or more programming languages: Java, Python, Node.js.
• Experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs and Microservices.
• Exposure to AI-enabled development tools and automation frameworks.

Full-Stack Development

• Front-end technologies: React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.
• Back-end frameworks: Spring Boot, Node.js.

Cloud & Infrastructure

• Hands‑on experience with containerization and orchestration technologies: Docker, Kubernetes.

Data & Integration

• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with messaging and event‑streaming platforms such as Kafka.

DevOps & Automation

• Experience with CI/CD tools – Bamboo, Bitbucket or AWS DevOps.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk and Datadog.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts, Generative AI, and LLM integrations.
• Experience in the Healthcare domain.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Certifications

• Certifications in AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, or Terraform.
