Trase is the operating system for high-stakes environments, providing end-to-end solutions for deploying, managing, and optimizing AI within industries where security, governance, and data sovereignty are non-negotiable.
Our HIPAA- and SOC 2-compliant platform bridges the “last mile” of AI adoption, empowering sectors like healthcare and national security to run trustworthy, predictable AI agents across any model or environment—whether in the cloud, on-prem, or at the edge with unified policy enforcement, continuous monitoring, and fully immutable audit trails.
Trase’s suite of products includes Origin, its agentic operating system; Leagues, its marketplace for specialized, configurable, ready-to-deploy agents; and Arena, where developers build, evaluate, and package the agents that run on Origin. The company has repeatedly topped Hugging Face’s GAIA Leaderboard for Generalized AI Assistants, placing it firmly at the forefront of AI-agent innovation.

You’ll work with users to understand their workflows, turn unclear requirements into technical plans, and take solutions from prototype through production. You’ll partner closely with Product, ML, and the Origin and Arena engineering teams to build on Trase OS and feed customer needs back into the platform.
We are hiring at Mid, Senior and Staff levels. Level will reflect your demonstrated engineering depth, independence, and scope of ownership.
