Job summary

Latica is seeking a Forward Deployed Product Manager for Data & Insights. The role blends technical product expertise with client-facing consulting to accelerate value from data assets.

You will engage with enterprise clients, map needs to data schemas, and drive adoption of data & insights products in client environments. This full-time, hybrid position in the Palo Alto area requires RWE and EMR data experience, strong communication, and travel to client sites.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in client success, solutions engineering, or technical client-facing roles in life sciences.
• Experience with healthcare data products (APIs, data feeds, BI tools).
• Excellent communication for technical and executive audiences.
• Travel frequently to client sites.
• Experience with RWE study protocols.
• Experience with EMR/clinical data.
• Background in forward-deployed, customer-success consulting roles.
• B.S./M.S. in Life Sciences, CS, Engineering, Data Science, or Statistics.

Responsibilities

• Embed with enterprise client teams to understand challenges and objectives.
• Translate client needs into data definitions for the data team.
• Communicate analytical findings to business and data stakeholders.
• Drive adoption and value generation of data products at client sites.
• Define KPIs and report on client success metrics.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Support to ensure success.
