Job summary

Workman Labs in the United States is seeking a Senior contract forward-deployed engineer to embed with enterprise customers. You will translate brand and creative-operations needs into production AI-powered workflows built on Adobe Firefly Services and Workflow Builder.

You will compose APIs, develop custom workflow nodes, and build front-ends/back-ends using App Builder, Azure Functions or AWS Lambda, while training customer teams and documenting handoff processes.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years combining creative production and technical building experience.
• Demonstrated shipped work in both creative domains and technical implementations.
• Content supply chain fluency and understanding of design workflows.
• Firefly Services and Workflow Builder expertise (or rapid API onboarding capability).
• Daily use of AI coding tools with production-quality judgment.
• Extreme ownership mentality and results-oriented approach.
• Strong customer communication skills across technical and executive audiences.
• Portfolio must show shipped creative work AND shipped technical artifacts.
• Interest in generative AI, orchestration tools (ComfyUI, n8n, Zapier), and agentic workflows.

Responsibilities

• Embed with enterprise customers to understand their brand, creative operations, and content supply chains.

• Demo completed work with real creative outcomes.
