Job summary

Accenture Security seeks a Cybersecurity Forward Deployed Engineer to embed with client teams, delivering production‑level, AI‑secure solutions. You’ll own outcomes—reducing attack surfaces and enabling secure AI deployments using Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot in daily practice.

You will operate within Accenture’s Reinvention Delivery Engine (RDE) Pod, owning end‑to‑end security across build, deploy, and optimize cycles and aligning with the client’s AI programme and business domain.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of engineering experience in production environments with a cybersecurity discipline depth in at least one area.
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience designing and deploying agentic AI solutions in production—non‑negotiable.
• Minimum 3 years working with Cloud platform security fundamentals (IAM, network security, secrets management, AI service security).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Support AI security architecture and threat modeling for production agentic deployments across complex client environments.
• Deliver hands-on security engineering using agentic coding tools as the primary build environment.
• Support AI-specific threat surface management at programme scale across client workstreams.
• Architect and govern AI security controls across the enterprise stack.
• Assist with AI governance framework implementation (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, model risk management).
• Shape AI reinvention security strategy for client CISO/CTO with risk-adjusted investment cases.
• Define and publish reusable security patterns and accelerators.
• Contribute to architecture design sessions and threat modeling workshops.
