Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in AI Engineering and Solutions to lead client workstreams delivering enterprise AI, data, digital engineering, and cloud-enabled solutions for Technology sector clients in the United States. You will connect business needs with architecture decisions and oversee high-quality delivery across diverse teams.

Responsibilities include shaping solutions, driving proposals, and mentoring teams while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant experience in technology consulting, AI engineering, data platforms, or related field.
• Experience managing teams or major workstreams within enterprise-scale AI, data, cloud, or engineering initiatives.
• Working knowledge of generative AI, machine learning, data engineering, MLOps, model deployment, responsible AI, and governance.
• Experience with cloud-native architecture and modern data platforms across Azure, AWS, and/or GCP.
• Experience taking generative AI, RAG, or agentic systems from prototype to production.
• Strong project management, analytical, communication, stakeholder-management, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage AI, data, cloud, and digital engineering workstreams from assessment through adoption.
• Translate client objectives into designs, delivery roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, data scientists, product teams, risk professionals, and client stakeholders.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, quality, and executive-ready reporting.
• Support solution shaping, proposals, estimates, client presentations, and creation of reusable assets.
• Coach team members and foster an inclusive, high-performing environment.
