Job summary

EY Technology Consulting seeks a Manager in AI Engineering and Solutions to lead client workstreams delivering enterprise AI, data, digital engineering, and cloud-enabled solutions for Technology sector clients. You will translate objectives into designs and govern delivery across diverse teams.

The role requires 6+ years in technology consulting or related fields, hands-on cloud architecture experience across Azure/AWS/GCP, and strong leadership, communication, and proposal development skills.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in technology consulting, AI engineering, data platforms, enterprise architecture, digital engineering, or a related field.
• Experience managing teams or major workstreams within enterprise-scale AI, data, cloud, or engineering initiatives.
• Working knowledge of generative AI, machine learning, data engineering, MLOps, model deployment, responsible AI, and governance.
• Experience with cloud-native architecture and modern data platforms across Azure, AWS, and/or GCP.
• Experience taking generative AI, RAG, or agentic systems from prototype to production is important
• Strong project management, analytical, communication, stakeholder-management, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience contributing to proposals, solution development, and client presentations.
• Willingness and ability to travel and work flexible hours based on client and project needs.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employer sponsorship, now and in the future

Responsibilities

• Manage workstreams within AI, data, cloud, and digital engineering programs from assessment and design through implementation and adoption.
• Translate client objectives into requirements, target-state designs, delivery roadmaps, governance structures, and measurable outcomes.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, data scientists, product teams, risk professionals, and client stakeholders across the delivery lifecycle.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, quality, and executive-ready reporting.
• Support solution shaping, proposals, estimates, client presentations, and the development of reusable assets and accelerators.
• Coach team members and foster an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performing environment
