Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in AI Engineering and Solutions to lead client workstreams delivering enterprise AI, data, digital engineering and cloud-enabled solutions. You will align business needs with architecture decisions, oversee delivery quality, and contribute to solution development and business growth.

You will coordinate architects, engineers, data scientists, product teams and stakeholders, manage scope, schedule, and budgets, and mentor team members in a fast-paced client environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in technology consulting, AI engineering, data platforms or enterprise architecture.
• Experience leading teams or major workstreams in enterprise-scale AI, data, cloud, or engineering initiatives.
• Knowledge of generative AI, ML, data engineering, MLOps, model deployment and governance.
• Experience with cloud-native architecture across Azure, AWS and/or GCP.
• Ability to travel and work flexible hours as needed.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage AI, data, cloud and digital engineering programs from assessment to adoption.
• Translate client objectives into requirements, designs, roadmaps and governance.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, data scientists, product teams and stakeholders.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and executive reporting.
• Support proposals, client presentations and development of reusable assets.
• Coach team members and foster an inclusive, high-performing environment.
