Qualifications

• 5+ years in software engineering, backend or systems.
• Senior hands-on with autonomous teams.
• Strong Python and cloud infra experience.

Responsibilities

• Embed with customers to understand workflows and success criteria.
• Design, build, and deploy AI-driven solutions for operational problems.
• Maintain production systems including APIs, integrations, monitoring, and feedback loops.
• Translate business requirements into technical architectures and implementations.
• Operate in high-stakes environments where reliability and speed matter.
• Identify patterns across deployments to inform product and platform development.
