Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Forward-Deployed AI Engineer to design, prototype, deploy, and scale end-to-end AI workflows for enterprise clients. You will work directly with clients, partners, and internal product teams to translate business needs into production-grade AI solutions.

Expect collaboration with OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, SAP, ServiceNow, Salesforce, and other enterprise systems, plus travel between 25% and 75% depending on client requirements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years software engineering experience in Python/TS/Java.
• 2+ years with AI/ML platforms such as OpenAI/Anthropic.
• Experience integrating APIs and building distributed production systems.
• 10+ years translating high-level business needs into concrete technical designs in enterprise settings.
• Strong client-facing communication and leadership in delivery settings.

Responsibilities

• Understand business problems with clients and shape AI use cases.
• Design end-to-end AI solutions integrating LLMs with enterprise platforms.
• Prototype, iterate, and deploy AI-enabled workflows and copilots into production environments.
• Serve as the technical bridge between product, engineering, data and business stakeholders.
• Drive solution architecture: prompts, API integrations, enterprise knowledge, security and governance.
• Own solutions from concept to production and iteration, ensuring quality and measurable outcomes.
• Provide technical leadership for responsible, secure, and scalable AI deployment.
