Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Forward-Deployed AI Engineer to work directly with clients, partners, and teams to translate business problems into production AI solutions using platforms like OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, SAP, ServiceNow, and Salesforce.

You will design end-to-end AI workflows, prototype rapidly, and scale copilots and automations in real-world environments, balancing security, governance and business value. Travel 25–75% may be required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years software engineering experience with Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, Java and API integration.
• Minimum 2 years experience with modern AI/ML platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar.
• Experience with workflow orchestration and agent frameworks.
• Experience with enterprise platforms (ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP, data platforms).
• 10+ years translating business needs into concrete technical designs in large organisations.
• 10+ years of client-facing communication and collaboration in ambiguous environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent (or 12+ years of work experience).

Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients and internal teams to shape AI use cases and define technical solutions.
• Design and implement end-to-end AI solutions, integrating LLMs with enterprise platforms.
• Prototype, iterate, and deploy AI-enabled workflows, agents, and automations into production.
• Serve as the technical bridge between product, engineering, data and business stakeholders.
• Drive solution architecture: prompts, workflows, API integrations, and governance.
• Own solutions from concept to production with accountability for quality and outcomes.
• Provide technical leadership for secure, scalable AI deployment.
