Job summary

Accenture seeks a Forward-Deployed AI Engineer in Nashville to design, prototype and deploy production-grade AI workflows for enterprise clients. You will work directly with clients, partners, and product teams to deliver end-to-end AI solutions using platforms like OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini and SAP/ServiceNow/Salesforce.

You will translate ambiguous business needs into scalable architectures, own end-to-end delivery, and travel 25–75% as required to client sites.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience (Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, Java) with API integrations and distributed systems.
• At least 2 years with modern AI/ML platforms such as OpenAI or Anthropic; strong workflow orchestration.
• 10+ years translating business needs into technical designs in large enterprises; strong client-facing communication.

Responsibilities

• Understand client problems and shape AI use cases; define technical solutions.
• Design and implement end-to-end AI solutions integrating LLMs with enterprise platforms.
• Prototype, iterate, and deploy AI-enabled workflows, agents, and automations in production.
• Bridge product, engineering, data, and business stakeholders to ensure value and usability.
• Own solution architecture including prompts, API integrations, governance and security.
• Provide technical leadership for responsible, secure, scalable AI deployment.
