Job summary

HRB seeks an Applied AI Engineer (FDE) to operate inside a client pod, delivering end-to-end AI-enabled integrations and automations. You will diagnose business problems, design solutions on our platform, and build production-grade deployments embedded in client workflows.

You will collaborate with senior engineers, partners, and engagement leads to ship production-ready patterns, improve operability, and drive adoption. Strong no-code/low-code and coding skills are required.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering software or workflow systems in production.
• Ability to design AI-enabled workflows and model selection with guardrails.
• Familiarity with no-code/low-code automation platforms and coding in Python/JavaScript.

Responsibilities

• Participate in technical discovery in client environments to map workflows and constraints.
• Build AI-enabled workflows and integrations with platform extensions.
• Prototype automations using no-code/low-code tools plus Python/JavaScript.
• Harden production systems with proper logging, error handling, and monitoring.
• Interface with client teams and ensure alignment on approach and KPIs.
