You will travel to customer sites, understand business needs, and bring production-ready solutions using Claude, GPT, Gemini, or open models. The work is fast-paced and technically ambitious.

Qualifications

• You are a builder first with shipped products that people actually use.
• You are a forward-deployed engineer who can visit a customer site and understand the business before coding.
• You have been called a 10x engineer and can defend your opinions with data.

Responsibilities

• Ship a working domain-specific agent into a live customer environment in your first 30 days.
• Build the eval infrastructure to measure agent replacement of human workflows.
• Fine-tune, distill, or route across frontier models depending on vertical economics.
• Sit with customers, observe workflows, and rebuild them.
• Write the AI engineering playbook for future portfolio companies.
