Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to translate complex business processes into practical AI-enabled solutions.
• Experience designing, building, testing, and operationalizing AI-enabled workflows or agents.
• Knowledge of agentic AI concepts, including instructions, tool use, and structured outputs.
• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language and ability to learn new tech quickly.
• Experience integrating systems and data via APIs, connectors, or databases.
• Strong data fluency and ability to ground AI solutions in business context.
• Experience within enterprise ecosystems (e.g., Microsoft Fabric/Azure/Power Platform) preferred.
• Banking or financial-services experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Embeds with business teams and process owners to map end-to-end workflows.
• Identifies high-value opportunities to reduce cognitive, coordination, or design burden.
• Determines whether AI, automation, data capability, or human judgment is appropriate.
• Designs future-state workflows with clear ownership, controls, and data boundaries.
• Builds AI-enabled solutions that combine agents, APIs, and data into workflows.
• Develops agent instructions, system prompts, and output patterns for use cases.
• Uses programming and automation tools to build, test, and refine solutions.
• Validates prototypes with domain experts and users; iterates for adoption and value.
• Defines production-readiness requirements, runbooks, monitoring, and support paths.
• Documents assumptions, risks, dependencies, and handoff information for reuse.
• Measures outcomes like cycle-time reduction, fewer handoffs, and increased governance confidence.
• Converts successful local solutions into reusable components and patterns.
• Escalates data, security, privacy, risk, and compliance concerns early.
