We are seeking a detail-oriented Client Account Manager to oversee projects for Fortune 100 clients across the US. You will work with the Management team and coordinate with the Information Management Team by phone and email, handling a high volume of calls, dispatching requests to technicians and vendors, running reports, and entering data to ensure

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Responsibilities

• Work with Client Account Management Team and Information Management Team via telephone and email.
• Answering high volume of incoming calls.
• Dispatching service requests to technicians and vendors.
• Running reports and following up on all service requests within your range.
• Data Entry and Processing purchase orders, etc.
