Job summary

Lane Valente Industries, a leading international construction and facility maintenance company, is seeking a detail-oriented Client Account Manager to work with the Management team overseeing Fortune 100 clients across the US.

You will coordinate with the Client Account Management and Information Management teams, handle high call volumes, dispatch service requests, run reports, and process data entry and purchase orders.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Excellent communication and people management skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Looking for a detail-oriented person to work with the Management team overseeing projects for Fortune 100 clients across the US

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work with Client Account Management Team and Information Management Team via telephone and email


• Answering high volume of incoming calls


• Dispatching service requests to technicians and vendors


• Running reports and following up on all service requests within your range


• Data Entry


• Processing purchase orders, etc.
