Fortiva Sales Account Manager - Direct Dairy (Finance)

Fortiva Additives is seeking a Sales Account Manager. Our ecosystem of exclusive global partners is creating innovative, targeted feed additives that enhance animal performance, health, and welfare. This role focuses on dairy feed additive sales with large integrators and influencers.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Driving sales growth within assigned accounts and across all channels for Fortiva additives
  • Developing and executing account growth plans, including sales forecasting, producer meetings, and support programs
  • Leveraging resources and cultivating relationships to identify opportunities and increase additive sales
  • Providing customer insights to support innovation and marketing pipelines
  • Building proficiency in nutrition, production management, and sales skills through training and demonstrated sales results
  • Organizing producer events to promote best practices for additive technologies and conducting proof field trials
  • Participating in industry events to raise awareness of Land O'Lakes Fortiva Additives
  • Performing additional duties as assigned
Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • At least 3 years of experience in feed additive or animal health account management within the livestock industry
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Advanced degree (MS, DVM, Ph.D.) in Animal Science, Nutrition, Microbiology, or Immunology
  • Understanding of additive impacts on animal health and performance
  • Experience presenting complex concepts clearly
  • Formulation experience
Required Competencies:
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Ability to multitask and collaborate across teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills and proactive attitude
  • Continuous learner with an innovative mindset
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SalesForce
Additional Details:

Base Salary: $105,040 - $157,560

Travel: 50%-80%. This is a remote role with flexible location.
