Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 6–8 years of relevant industry experience.
• Strong documentation discipline.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Providing technical support for FortiSIEM customers.
• Managing support cases through full lifecycle ownership.
• Participating in weekend on-call issues (P1) when scheduled.

Skills

Strong background in enterprise-level Linux and Windows administration

Enterprise-level experience with virtualization technologies

Understanding of OSI layers (1–7) and TCP/IP networking

Network security concepts: IDS/IPS systems

Practical applied knowledge of communication and system protocols

Experience with data platform technologies like Elasticsearch

Basic scripting and coding knowledge

Strong knowledge of SIEM along with security compliance practices

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

Education
