Job summary

Insight Global in Austin, TX is seeking a Fortinet Engineer with hands-on FortiNAC deployment and management experience to join our network security team. You will design, configure, and maintain Fortinet solutions (FortiGate, FortiNAC, FortiAnalyzer, FortiManager), enforce NAC policies, integrate with existing infrastructure, monitor performance and incidents, and provide documentation for operations.

Relevant certifications such as NSE4/NSE6 or CCNA/CCNP Security are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in network security engineering.
• Hands-on FortiNAC deployment and configuration.
• Strong understanding of Fortinet suite and network protocols.
• Certifications preferred: NSE4/NSE6, CCNA/CCNP Security.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain Fortinet security solutions (FortiGate, FortiNAC, FortiAnalyzer, FortiManager).
• Implement and manage network access control policies using FortiNAC to ensure endpoint visibility and compliance.
• Integrate FortiNAC with existing network and security infrastructure.
• Monitor and troubleshoot network performance, security incidents, and policy enforcement.
• Provide technical documentation and support for ongoing operations and projects.
