Job summary

Digital Hands in Tampa is seeking an experienced Network Security Administrator II, Fortinet Firewall Specialist to join our Security Operations Center (SOC). This highly technical, hands-on role focuses on securing and optimizing enterprise customer environments through Fortinet solutions.

You will design, implement, maintain, and optimize firewall and network security solutions, working closely with customer IT and security teams and leading security vendors to keep threats at bay and ensure

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on Fortinet experience across FortiGate and FortiManager.
• Experience deploying and managing enterprise firewall policies and rules.
• Background in MSSP or managed security services with external customers.

Responsibilities

• Administer, support, and optimize customer firewall infrastructures.
• Design, implement, and maintain network security controls for customers.
• Advise customers as a technical expert on firewall technologies and best practices.
• Monitor solution health, create dashboards, and improve security operations.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve complex issues.
