Job summary

AMSYS Innovative Solutions is seeking a hands-on Fortinet expert in Prairie View, TX. You will configure, manage, and troubleshoot Fortinet environments and play a key role in production security.

The ideal candidate has deep FortiGate experience, can work independently, and is comfortable with VPNs, NAT, and security profiles. FortiManager/FortiAnalyzer familiarity is a plus, and Fortinet certifications are desirable but not essential.

The primary requirement for this role is deep, practical Fortinet experience. We are looking for someone who has worked extensively with Fortinet technologies and can independently configure, manage, troubleshoot, and support Fortinet environments.

What we're looking for:

• Strong hands-on experience with Fortinet / FortiGate
• Configuration, administration, and troubleshooting of Fortinet firewalls
• Experience with firewall policies, NAT, VPNs, security profiles, and related Fortinet security features
• Experience managing and troubleshooting Fortinet environments in production
• Familiarity with FortiManager and FortiAnalyzer is preferred
• Ability to independently diagnose and resolve Fortinet-related issues
• Fortinet certifications are a plus, but strong hands-on experience is more important
