PlainsCapital Bank is seeking a Trust Officer/Wealth Administrator - Market Manager for the Fort Worth market. This role leads the Private Bank/Wealth Management team, directing strategy, growth, and budget while overseeing fiduciary accounts and wealth advisory services.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years in wealth management or trust administration, with proven leadership and regulatory knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field required.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in private wealth management or trust administration.
• Previous management or leadership experience with coaching and motivating teams.
• Certifications in wealth management/trust are strongly desired.
• Strong knowledge of banking, trust, and compliance regulations; proficient with MS Office and banking systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction for growth and profitability in the Private Bank/Wealth Management line.
• Lead fiduciary account administration, wealth advisory planning and new business development.
• Manage department budget and oversee team performance against annual objectives.
• Mentor and develop staff; set goals and track progress quarterly.
• Ensure compliance with governing instruments, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Represent the bank in community functions and foster internal/external client relationships.
• Collaborate with executives and HR on leadership responsibilities and actions.
