Job summary

AFO Capital, a Fort Worth-based single family office, seeks a highly analytical, systems-oriented professional to own investment operations end to end. You will manage data integrity, reporting outputs and systems infrastructure across the investment platform in a hands-on, cross-functional role.

This in-person, full-time position collaborates with accounting, IT and legal teams to ensure accurate data, scalable processes and governance across public and private markets, with a strong emphasis

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3–7 years of experience in investment operations, data, analytics.
• Strong understanding of investments across public and private markets.
• Advanced Excel proficiency and strong data/system integration skills.
• Ability to design, build, and scale reporting, systems and data infrastructure.
• Translate business needs into data-driven solutions across workflows.
• High attention to detail and ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own investment data across management systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Design, build, and maintain reporting and analytics infrastructure.
• Maintain scalable processes and documentation for operations.
• Bridge across teams for input, accuracy, and governance of data.
