Cerity Partners in Fort Worth is seeking a detail-oriented Tax Preparer to support high-net-worth individuals and entities with complex Federal and state returns. You will prepare financial exhibits, review K-1s, and coordinate client meetings in a fast-paced tax season.

The role emphasizes accuracy, collaboration, and client service, with opportunities to assist planning and investment teams and to work with senior tax professionals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (Finance or Accounting preferred).
• 1–3 years of work experience in financial industry, tax or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving with deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review complex Federal and state income tax returns for high-net-worth individuals and entities.
• Prepare financial exhibits and analysis (net worth statements, cash flow, balance sheets, etc.).
• Coordinate client meetings and prepare meeting materials; manage post-meeting actions.
