Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• At least 5 years of management experience in the agricultural or food service sector.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a track record of driving growth.
• Excellent planning, budgeting, and financial analysis abilities.
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations and ethical business practices.
