Qualifications

• Experience in verification or case review in legal, insurance, or disability claims.
• Strong, above-average computer skills (multiple monitors, multiple workspaces).
• Accurate typing and data entry while speaking with a live client.

Responsibilities

• Verify information with prospective clients transferred from intake representatives.
• Build a storyline and verify facts of cases.
• Provide high levels of customer service and answer intake-related questions.
