Birch Hospitality LLC in Fort Lauderdale seeks a personable server to deliver food and drinks, guide guests through the menu, and assist with a smooth dining experience in a welcoming, park-side setting.

You will take orders with POS, handle payments, and ensure beverages and service meet regulatory standards while maintaining a courteous, team-friendly atmosphere for guests. Prior server experience is preferred in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Excellent customer service and people skills
• Must be able to work a variety of day, night, weekend, holiday shifts
• Must have excellent communication skills and be able to count change
• Majority of shift will be spent on feet in a fast-paced environment, in close proximity to other people

Responsabilidades

• Take orders using Point-of-Sales (POS) software, deliver food and drinks, bus tables or assist busser/runner
• Knowledge of restaurant menu
• Knowledge of bar menu, drink recipes
• Process credit cards and cash payments
• Ensure alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages are served in accordance with Federal, State, Local regulations and Company procedures
• Provide courteous service to all guests
• Set tables, polish glasses, prepare workstations and other side work as assigned
