Job summary

We Are Legal Revolution is seeking a junior associate to defend Florida construction defect and job-site claims. You will draft discovery, motions, and expert disclosures, and take/defend depositions as the file allows.

Experience with indemnity and additional-insured issues will be used alongside senior attorneys. Requirements include a JD and active Florida bar and 1–3 years post-bar construction, insurance defense, or civil litigation.

Qualifications

• JD and active Florida bar mandatory.
• 1–3 years post-bar construction, insurance defense, or civil litigation experience required.
• Law clerks and summer associates will not be considered.

Responsibilities

• Defend Florida construction defect and job-site claims.
• Draft discovery, motions, and expert disclosures.
• Take and defend depositions as the file allows.
• Work indemnity and additional-insured issues with senior lawyers on the case.
