Job summary

We Are Legal Revolution is seeking a junior associate to defend Florida construction defect and job-site claims. You will draft discovery, motions, and expert disclosures, and take/defend depositions as the file allows.

Experience with indemnity and additional-insured issues will be used alongside senior attorneys. Requirements include a JD and active Florida bar and 1–3 years post-bar construction, insurance defense, or civil litigation.

Practice: Junior associate seat. Florida construction defect, premises accidents on job sites, and contractor defense. Owners, GCs, subcontractors, and carriers.

Our client is an AV Preeminent defense firm with 80+ attorneys and 10 offices. The construction group covers Northeast Florida. This seat is for a junior associate who already has a bar card and wants depositions and hearings early. It is not a clerkship.
