This production-oriented role focuses on catch-up bookkeeping for small business clients whose books are behind and require efficient, accurate restoration. The ideal candidate can solve problems, learn technology quickly, manage multiple client accounts, and communicate proactively about missing information.

Formación

• Prior bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• Experience with QuickBooks Online and/or Xero.
• Strong technology aptitude and ability to learn systems quickly.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail while working efficiently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Perform catch-up bookkeeping for multiple small business clients.
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts.
• Categorize, code, and organize financial transactions.
• Research and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accuracy while meeting deadlines.
• Communicate proactively regarding missing information and outstanding items.
• Utilize accounting technology and workflow tools efficiently.
• Track progress and maintain organized documentation.
