SYNCADD Systems, Inc. is seeking a GIS Specialist to support a GIS and Real Property reconciliation effort at Fort Drum, New York.

This on-site role works in a team to maintain GIS data layers, maps, and reports that meet Army Real Property compliance requirements. The candidate will collect, update, and quality-check GIS data to SDSFIE 4.0 standards, perform field data collection with GPS, and produce analyses, models, and maps.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance.
• 1–4 years of ArcGIS experience.
• 1–4 years of GIS principles, practices, and methods.
• 1–4 years of Microsoft Office experience.
• Knowledge of geospatial principles and SDSFIE standards.
• Ability to work on-site at Fort Drum, including field work and limited travel.
• Strong planning, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• GIS data development and quality control per SDSFIE standards.
• Real Property reconciliation and field data collection.
• Collaborate with team and manage multiple data requests.
• Cross-train and support adjacent Real Property, CAD, and data reconciliation tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
