Job summary

Cape Fox Corporation, via its Cape Fox Federal Integrators unit, seeks an experienced Site Operations Manager to support Fort Bliss warehouse operations in El Paso, Texas. You will provide dedicated oversight for the site, directly lead the assigned workforce, and ensure successful task execution in defense logistics, safety compliance, and facility procedures.

A valid Active Secret clearance is required, along with authorization to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of physical logistics and warehouse operations experience.
• 3+ years of leadership supporting DoD operations, programs or contracts.
• Knowledge of hazardous materials procedures and MILSTD guidance.
• Ability to perform Safety Officer functions per OSHA guidelines.
• Active Secret Security Clearance is required.
• Authorized to work in the United States under IRCA guidelines.
• Experience with GFP accountability and government property handling.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct oversight of Fort Bliss warehouse operations.
• Manage logistics activities including inventory, receipt, packaging, and transport.
• Directly lead the Fort Bliss site workforce, assign priorities and monitor tasks.
• Oversee GFP accountability, facility access, safety and physical security procedures.
• Ensure operations meet time standards, reporting needs and quality objectives.
• Maintain accurate records and tracking tools for site activities.
• Serve as the Safety Officer, enforce safety policies and conduct checks.
