Qualifications

• Experience in defense logistics environments or government facilities.
• Active Secret security clearance required.
• Proven ability to lead a site workforce and manage tasks.
• Knowledge of warehouse processes including COSIS and GFP accountability.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct oversight of Fort Bliss warehouse operations.
• Manage logistics activities: warehouse utilization, inventory cycles, receipt and packing, transport, and property accountability.
• Directly lead Fort Bliss site workforce, assign priorities, monitor tasks and safety.
• Oversee shipment tracking, GFP accountability, facility access, safety compliance, and security procedures.
• Ensure operations meet time standards, reporting requirements, and customer service expectations.
• Maintain operational records and tracking tools for site activities.
• Serve as Site Safety Officer and promote safety policies and incident prevention.
