Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant logistics or DoD-related experience.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience supporting the DoD.
• Strong knowledge of FAR and DFARS for Federal contracts.
• Expertise in Government contract and program management.
• Strong understanding of Army logistics operations and requirements.

Aufgaben

• Provide direct management and oversight of Fort Bliss warehouse operations or Huntsville analytical operations.
• Lead, supervise, and coordinate day-to-day activities of the site workforce.
• Ensure assigned PWS tasks, requirements, deliverables, and performance standards are completed on schedule.
• Translate Program Manager and Government priorities into actionable site-level work assignments.
• Plan and coordinate staffing, workload distribution, schedules, resources, and priorities.
• Monitor employee performance, productivity, attendance, quality, and adherence to procedures.
• Provide direction, coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to employees.
• Identify operational problems and implement timely corrective actions.
